Terms of Service

These Terms regulate the use of Gerenciador PRO, a digital product developed and provided by Western Technology, legally responsible for the brand Gerenciador PRO (“Supplier”). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
Gerenciador PRO is a web application for organizing, planning, recording, simulating and analyzing trading operations. It does not execute orders, does not manage money, does not provide investment advice and does not promise financial results.
2. Eligibility and account
You must have the legal capacity to contract and provide correct information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and the activities carried out under the account. Accounts cannot be shared, resold or used for fraud, abuse, invasion or violation of rights.
3. Subscription, payment and renewal
PRO access is offered on a monthly or quarterly subscription basis, depending on the price and period displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Billing, taxes, receipts, payment methods and transactional support are processed by Paddle, merchant responsible for the transaction (Merchant of Record), according to the terms presented at checkout.
4. License and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for the duration of a valid subscription. The software, brand, texts, interfaces and materials remain protected. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or exploit the service in any unauthorized manner.
5. User Data and Content
You retain the rights to the data you enter. It only grants the necessary authorization to host them, process them and provide the contracted functions. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of this content.
6. Availability and changes
We can perform maintenance, fix faults and improve features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but we will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and communicate material changes. Material changes to these Terms will be published with an updated date.
7. Risk and liability
Financial markets involve risk of loss. Simulations, calculations and indicators are organizational and educational resources and do not constitute investment recommendations. You decide and execute your operations yourself. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that the law does not permit to limit.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access in the event of fraud, security risk, default or material breach of these Terms, respecting applicable law. You may cancel the renewal in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Once access is closed, obligations and rights that by nature should survive remain valid.
9. Refunds and privacy
Refund requests follow our Refund Policy, Paddle terms and local mandatory rights. Data processing follows our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law and contact
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Supplier, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's country. Before taking any formal measures, look for our channels at Support.
